SinCity Wax & Lash Bar was opened in July 2009 by Mari Lifrieri and Chiara Gironda; a Mother/Daughter Team originally from New York City. Mari Lifrieri holds a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and is a licensed Aesthetician in Nevada. Chiara Gironda is a duly licensed Aesthetician in New York and Nevada. Together they have 20 years experience in the Health and Wellness Industry. Both have been extensively trained by the Yon-ka Institute of Paris in advanced Skin Care and also hold advanced certification with H2T Product line for a variation of Skin Peels.
Sin City Lash & Body Bar is one of the few companies in Las Vegas that has been certified and approved as a Yon-ka Signature Spa. Chiara Gironda specializes in utilizing The Yon-Ka® Paris collection and offers a unique luxury skincare experience that consists of a synergy of aesthetic aromatherapy, phyto-therapy, fruit therapy and marine therapy. A fifth therapy—phyto-biological—completes the line. She has developed specific protocol for Anti-Aging, Acne (both Adult and Teen) as well as a new Men’s Facial and Back Treatment procedures. She is also certified in Chemical Peels which help reduce dark pigmentation that develops from over exposure to the sun –a major concern here in the Las Vegas area.
Mari is well known as the “Wax & Lash Diva” here in the Vegas area. Her specialty is “South of the Border” and includes the Women’s Brazilian known as “Hills & Valleys” and Manzilians known as “2 Balls and a Strike”. They use the highly developed Berins Wax System that essentially shrink-wraps around each individual hair. This allows the skin to not be compromised upon removal. The results are significantly less irritation and discomfort for the client. They also offer an amazing numbing gel treatment prior to waxing for those who prefer to feel next to nothing during their waxing.

Mari is certified and trained in the proper application of Faux Mink as well as Authentic Mink Lash extensions. There are also plenty of fun options to add on to your lash service, ranging from colored lashes, glitter lashes, the application of tiny gold & silver balls or Swavorski Crystals. Mari is well known for her restorative work on women who have had extensive damage from lashes improperly applied as well as for women who have to deal with thinning or sparse lashes. Eyelash Extensions are a fabulous way to get rid of the mascara, those flakey clumps and smudges, and wake up looking amazing every morning.
Mari and Chiara are also excited that they offer the amazing H2T Specialty line to clients who is known for their legendary “Pumpkin Enzyme Peel”. It is Hydrating, removes lifeless outer skin cells, while allowing skin to regenerate and become bright, supple and younger in appearance and feel. Originating in New York City, Mom and Daughter understand the importance of their client’s hectic daily lives. Therefore, they see clients according to their client’s schedule. Spa treatments are always available 7 days a week, and offer morning, afternoon and evening appointments from 10AM through 9 PM. Additional hours are scheduled if necessary.
